Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Shipkia account at any time by emailing [email protected].
Once your account is cancelled, all of your content and data will be permanently deleted from the Shipkia platform. Please ensure that you truly wish to cancel your account, as this action is irreversible.
If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will receive one final invoice via email. Once this invoice has been paid, you will not be charged again.
Shipkia reserves the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice, at any time.

Fraud

Without limiting any other remedies, Shipkia may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the platform.
Note: No refunds are offered for partial months or canceled plans.
